At Portrait Kitchens We’ve Been Creating Beautiful Bespoke Kitchens for Years.

During this time we’ve built a reputation for excellent service, outstanding design and high quality furniture, combining traditional British cabinet making methods with the latest modern production technologies and the very best materials, we produce kitchens that are tailored to you and built to last.

Whether you are looking for a bespoke in frame, contemporary, or modular kitchen, we have limitless options.

We offer a number of different kitchen solutions, from bespoke in frame kitchens to bespoke contemporary modern kitchens.

For a slightly lower cost option we also offer high quality modular kitchens that can be designed in a variety of styles, colours and finishes to suit your taste.

Our Story

Mitchell Burton, the owner and founder of Portrait Kitchens, opened their Rye showroom in 2017.

His goal was to offer truly bespoke, design-led kitchens rather than taking the ‘quick design and build’ approach that many larger showrooms take.

Our Claims to Fame

We designed the kitchen at Elmley Nature Reserve in Kent, which has been featured in a number of magazines including Country Homes, Women & Home, The Telegraph Magazine and The English Home. You can view the full project here.

The Reserve was the shoot location for the Hairy Bikers latest cookbook, and also recently featured in episode 2 of Extraordinary Escapes with Sandi Toksvig on Channel 4.

Another of our clients had their kitchen appear in Kitchens, Bedrooms, Bathrooms magazine. You can view the full project here.

We use only the best products and suppliers.
