Every kitchen is different and as such the prices may vary. The following prices are for guidance only.
- Small kitchen with bespoke cabinetry – approx. £20,000 – £30,000
- Medium kitchen with bespoke cabinetry – approx. £30,000 – £45,000
- Large kitchen with bespoke cabinetry – approx. £40,000 upwards
In frame kitchen cabinets have a visible frame around the door or drawer face. The frame is fitted to the carcass of the cabinet unit and the doors and drawers are crafted to fit exactly within the frames.
A contemporary kitchen design is synonymous with sleek, clean lines and minimalist layouts.
Modular kitchens are made up of a selection of individual units and layouts. You can pick and choose from the various modules to meet your design requirements and storage needs.
These modules come in a range of styles and sizes to suit your kitchen space.
Every kitchen design is different, and there are many factors that can affect the length of time it takes to design and install a kitchen. However, as a rule of thumb we would say that the whole process from initial enquiry to completion should take around 15 weeks.
The actual kitchen installation usually takes around 3 weeks on average.
Yes, we offer workmanship, appliance and product guarantees.
We don’t charge for creating the initial designs.
We will present you with a detailed quotation and a visual of your new kitchen.
However, we are not able to leave the plans with you until you have paid a deposit. Once your deposit is paid, you will be given a full set of detailed floor plans and elevations.
Once you have signed an agreement with Portrait Kitchens, there are 3 stages of payment:
- Initially we take a deposit with your order of 50% of the total price.
- We then take an interim payment (45% of the total price) which is due on or before delivery.
- A final 5% retainer is then payable on completion.
We can also reserve a future production and installation date if the project is a long way off, for example with new builds or large renovations. We charge a £1,000 deposit which allows you to reserve a date. We will then hold the prices as quoted for up to 12 months.
Our design team will visit your home to check measurements and assess any plumbing or electrical implications. They will also reconfirm what has been agreed to date and answer any of your questions.
Yes. Your designated project manager will supervise the whole process, while your kitchen is fitted by our experienced team of kitchen installers.
